Requirement:
 
·         Qualifications 5+ year of total IT experience with expertise in solution delivery utilizing 
       technologies Using Oracle Webcenter, Java, J2ee, HTML, HTML5, JSP, JSON, 
       WebServices, TIBCO and integrations with cloud platforms such as salesforce.com
·         Knowledge of sales and marketing platforms
·         Good written and communication skills.
·         Experience working with vendors for production support & development projects
·         Experience working in large matrixed environments with offshore teams and outsourced 
       application development teams
·         Experience in application production support, trouble tickets initiation & resolution process
·         Comprehensive knowledge of relational database (preferably Oracle & SQL Server) and 
       popular web/internet related technology
·         Ability to quickly learn new technology and applications as needed
·         Comfortable in an environment of rapid change and ambiguity and proven ability to 
       creatively define and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities:
 
·         Responsible for design, development and maintenance of a portfolio of business 
       applications and capabilities supporting the sales eco-system including partner and 
       channel management solutions.
·         Provide technical and functional expertise on the platform. Engage with business
       analysts, architecture and subject matter experts to develop and drive holistic solutions.
·         Engage with IT project manager to plan out tasks and optimize cost.
·         Responsible for design, development, testing of concurrent efforts supporting projects 
      and enhancements.
·         Responsible for oversight over service provider performance in maintaining platform 
      availability, capacity management to meet/ exceed SLA’s. Challenge, draw conclusions, 
      and anticipate problems & drive resolution strategies at a portfolio level. 
      Provide oversight of the Incident Management process, including review and approval of 
      root cause analysis findings and corrective action plans. 
      Coordinate day-to-day problem and issue resolution with representatives of the 
      Service Provider to ensure timely resolution of issue
·         Communicates concepts, action plans crisply to sourcing provider, business, IT and 
       division leadership.
